The authors share a fascination with experiential learning as a means for testing one’s personal and organizational boundaries:

Judith Rogala is a life-long athlete as well as business leader, who has had a long-term association with The Catapult Group, a Colorado-based leadership development training organization that uses mountain climbing as the life-changing means to expand individual, professional and team boundaries.

Orsborn, equally proud of her strolls into the hills and canyons above Beverly Hills, leads leadership retreats of a more contemplative nature through her affiliation with the Triunfo Institute. Both women are frequent keynote speakers at professional gatherings on “Trust-Based Leadership” and related topics.
